Because this is my uncensored weight loss story. The ups, the downs, what stuff didn’t work and finally the one thing that did help me achieve my gaol of losing 20kgs and feeling good about myself again.
I was at a point in life that was incredibly depressing. I was buying yet another set of clothes because I had outgrown the last lot.
